About Allyson
Allyson Roche is an award-winning writer, artist, and actress from Los Angeles. Her writing has appeared in Mister Magazine, Inside Voice Zine, The Cry Lounge, and Neologism. She received her B.A. in English at UCLA. Her Honors Research Thesis, "'Between Gloom and Laughter': Female Longing, Unhappiness, and Structures of Absence in the Works of Virginia Woolf" won UCLA's 2023 Thompson Prize for Best Honors Thesis.
